Bargain and sale enrolled of the fourth part of the manor of Whitney and of the advowson of the parish church of Whitney, the manor of Clifford and the park called Clifford Park together with the part of other lands in Whitney and Clifford. Consideration: £4,848.

Recites that Sir Robert Whitney of Whitney was seised of the said manors and lands, and that after his death and the death of his other sons without issue, Thomas Whitney, his only surviving son, became seised of the premises. After the latter's death without issue, the premises descended to the four daughters of the said Sir Robert Whitney and their heirs in coparcenery. Robert Rodd of Foxley son and heir to Anne, one of the four daughters, became entitled to a fourth part of the premises and in consideration of the marriage of the said Robert Price and Lucy, the eldest daughter of the said Robert Rodd, he conveyed the said fourth part to the said Robert Price.
