TitleTripartite indenture - bargain and sale of certain premises (carefully described in the document) to five persons of whom the famous preacher Christmas Evans was the first and foremost.
DescriptionMemorandum endorsed : by which Thomas Owen of Marian in the parish of Llanddyfnan advanced and paid £300 for erecting a chapel on the premises described on the indenture. Indenture to be left in his hands as security for the mortgage. Signed by five, Christmas Evans being at the head of the list.

This is a good example of the embarassing commitments entered into by Christmas Evans, which eventually led to the difficulties that caused him to leave Anglesey for South Wales.
