| Description | A somewhat complicated transaction by which Queen Elizabeth leases (6 May,1564) to Richard B, of Cheadle [son to the second Sir Richard, afterwards the third Knight] the Crown interest in Ynys Lawd, Gogarth Ddu, commote of Talybolion, &c. for a term of 21 years, and on 15 Sept., 1569, makes a lease of the same interest to Margaret Cornwallis of Peckham in Camberwell for a similar term of years to begin at the expiration of Sir Richard's lease in 1585+ By this present indenture (1 May, 1570), Margaret Cornwallis assigns to the aforesaid Richard Bulkeley her term of lease (which is not to begin for another fifteen years) |
