Title	Memorandum that William Bulkeley of Coedan [and Brynddu], in virtue of a letter of attorney, made an entry into several messuages, lands and tenements of Sir Richard Bulkeley and Richard B., son and heir, received from each tenant a piece of silver in acknowledgement that he held his premises for the use of Sir R. and R.B.
Description	Incomplete, but covers the commotes of Talybolion, Llifon, and Twrcelyn. The date is significant, as Sir Richard B. the elder [third] had died but a week before. It is to be noted that the elder Sir Richard's half-brother George makes in this document one of his very rare appearances a witness of the Talybolion entries
