TitleDeeds of enfeoffment in trust of all the Baron Hill inheritance by Richard Bulkeley, esquire, grandson of the third Sir Richard; this had the ultimate effect, at the death of young Bulkeley eight months later, of vesting all the above lands and possessions in his uncle, Thomas, first Lord Bulkeley; the feofees in trust were Charles Bulkeley of Llaniestyn, cousin to Thomas B., and Randle [Randolph] Whalley of Cremlyn.
DescriptionAmong the witnesses were Henry Whyte of Friars by Llanfaes, brother-in-law of young Bulkeley; Thomas Madryn of Madryn, who had interests at Llandegfan; and Michael Evans, clericus who had lately been promoted to a canonry at Bangor Cathedral
