| Description | An ineffectual attempt to settle the controversies between the Bulkeleys of Beaumaris and the Bulkeleys of Cheadle arising from the practical disinherison of the heirs of his first marriage by the third Sir Richard Bulkeley. This is an indenture incorporating the award of Sir Thomas Savage and Sir William Jones, but it is certain that new difficulties arose, notwithstanding the elaborate sealing and signing at the foot, and the equally eleborate array of witnesses on the dorse, for the same referees had to do the work all over again in 1632 (doct. 311).
