DescriptionOn 12 April, 1682, there was an assignment of this lease by Frances, sister of Dorothy, to two Lancashire chapmen, a linen-weaver, and a husbandman, for 21 years at a yearly rent of £12 - again conditioned upon Dorothy Bulkeley, widow and sister-in-law of Frances, living so long.
