| Description | Release by Alice Moyle, widow, to William Moyle, burgess of Beaumaris, of one burgage with a house thereon, outside the walls of the town near the sea, between a garden of John Bulkeley [of Caernarvon] and the lands of the chantry of the Blessed Virgin Mary, and also bordering upon the land of Rowland Brampton and that of Alexander Young; the burgage was bequeathed to Alice by her brother John.
