DescriptionThis H.W. was the spendthrift son who dissipated the large Cochwillian estate in cos. Carnarvon and Montgomery which had been consolidated by his father, W.W. had married Barbara, a daughter of the house of Lumley, who happened also to be the widow of Humphrey Lloyd, the Denbigh antiquary (Pedigrees,186). Accompanying this document is an authorisation (4 Nov. 1611) by H.W. that his tenants henceforth pay the rents reserved upon these premises to Sir Richard Bulkeley
