DescriptionArticles of agreement between Hugh Griffith [clericus] of Llanddyfnan (one party), and Thomas Bulkeley and his son Robert (second party); practically a deed of exchange by which H.G. grants to the Bulkeleys the messuage in Beaumaris which John Evans now holds, a stable in Rotten Row at present in the tenure of William Pitchford, "Brigdale's house" situate in Wrexham Street ["Wrexam"], and the close called Cae Rhos in Llanfaes; the other side with a consideration of £10, allow H.G. to have a lease on the moiety of Tyddyn Henry Ellis in Llanddyfnan for the natural lives of Hugh, Margaret his wife, and Jane their daughter. On the dorse is a note in the script of Thomas, first Viscount Bulkeley: “Mr Hugh Griffithes agreemt with me”
