| Description | Boulton must have been a descendant of the Richard Boulton who drew up so many deeds to Sir Richrd [the third]. Bond of obligation in £390. Preliminary to this came the assignment of a mortgage upon the premises - originally made on 28 Aug., 1704, to Thomas Roberts by Thomas Boulton - by Owen Roberts, executor of T.R.'s last will and testament, to Lord Bulkeley, for a consideration of £193.0.3. (principal and lawful interest up to this assignment (2 Sept., 1710)).
