TitleTwo documents relating to Murddyn Gwyn and other messuages in Pentraeth and Llanddona
Descriptionthe first is an indenture (13 Aug., 1656) providing for a fine and double recovery at Great Sessions to the intent and purpose that the above messuages are transferred from Jane Lloyd, widow, to William Lloyd, clericus; the second (23 July, 1667) is an indenture placing the messuages, principally Murddyn Gwyn, in the hands of trustees for the payment of the debts of John Lloyd, grandson of Jane, now deceased. The house of Murddyn Gwyn is not adequately dealt with in Pedigrees,93: Jane is there, but William Lloyd her son is down as William Owen, rector of Trefdraeth, instead of Llaneilian; John is there as grandson to Jane, son of Humphrey her eldest son. Accompanying these documents are a lease under the Statute of Uses (22 July) and a bond of obligation in £300 by John Lloyd (23 July, 1667)
