| Description | between Howell Lewis, plaintiff, and Sir Richard Bulkeley with others, defendants, over Tir Einion Syth in Twrcelyn. One of the docts. dated 17 Nov., 1603, testifies that Sir Richard had no difficulty whatsaver in making clear his rightful claim to it. Proof of this is found in doct. 116, in which Sir Richard's son [Thomas, Viscount Bulkeley], grants a lease in 1649 upon Tir Einion to Howell Lewis of Gwredog, son of the plaintiff of 1603. The later document calls it Tir Einion Sych, and not Syth |
