| Description | by which Richard Bulkeley, esq., is granted a lease of 31 years upon 3 messueges, 40 acres arable, 6 acres meadow, 60 acres of waste and mountain land lying in Llechog ["Lleogh"], commote of Twrcelyn; stringent provisoes regarding the preservation of good timber, certifying the number of the same to the Barons of the Exchequer, planting six new trees each year, besides supplying a full terrier of the premises, and holding proper courts, &c.
These were "parcell of the possession[s] of the principellitie of North Wales", and were part of King Charles I's revenue when he was Prince of Wales |
