Title	Deed of mortgage by Richard, Lord Bulkeley, to William Jones the younger of Plas Gwyn [and Town Clerk of Beaumaris], the latter being one of the executors of his aunt, Myfanwy [Methanwy] Williams of Plas Llandegfan, who had become one of the numerous creditors of Francis Bulkeley of Porthamel.
Description	The dorse of this document is literally covered with records of the interest paid to W.J., the last payment being made on Nov. 11, 1747. With this deed is a lease of the premises under the Statute of Uses (21 Sept., 1722)
