Description Names as executors and residuary legatees his wife Mary, the Earl of Macclesfield and Sir William Heathcote, Bart. Leaves to his daughter Mary £1,000 to be paid at the age of 21 years or at her prior marriage; and to his son William £1,000 on attaining his majority; with remainder in each case to the survivor or, in the event of both their deaths, to his wife Mary, and in the event of her death to the Hon. George Parker, son of the said Earl of Macclesfield. The interest on both sums of £1,000 is to provide in the meantime for the maintenance and education of his son and daughter. Leaves to the said Earl his gold watch and his "Study of Books". Directs that his collection of "Shells, Fossils, Minerals, Stones, Mathematical Instruments and other odd things disposed in my Cabinets" be sold, the proceeds to be divided equally between his son and daughter, and paid to them at the same time and under the same conditions as their legacies above. By an undated codicil bequeaths to Mr. Rix, his wife's father, his diamond ring.
