| Description | both farm the said Coed Isaf jointly, that all farming stock, implements and household furniture shall be held by them share and share alike; that if either should marry, no wife or husband shall be brought to reside at Coed Isaf without the written consent of the other party to the agreement; that the unmarried children of the said M.R. shall have their home at Coed Isaf until they marry or reach the age of 21 years; and that any dispute shall be referred to the arbitration of Griffith Roberts of 16 , Ogwen Terrace, Bethesda, whose decision is to be final. |
