DescriptionBethesda: Thomas Williams, Glanogwen Cottages, reported that a brick was thrown on the 24th December, breaking a window.

Morris Jones, Caerberllan, reported a broken window, to which the Constable attended. Also reported that windows were smashed in the house of Elizabeth Davies at Bodforis, where four working men are lodgers.

Pentir: William Jones and Owen Jones, Pentir, both from the same house, reported an attack on their house by a big crowd. One stone thrown weighed 7/8 pounds. PC39 and PC16 were alerted.

Tregarth: Edward Williams, Ffrwdgaled, reported that a window in the house where he lives (G.R. Williams) was smashed when a crowd returned from a football match yesterday.

Caellwyngrydd: Evan Morris reported that a pane of glass was smashed in an attack at midnight.

Ffrancon View near Coed y Parc: Moses Owen's house was attacked by five young men who were apprehended by PC 65. They were; John Griffith, butcher of Tanybwlch, Thomas Williams, Llwybrmain, Griff Williams, Llwybrmain, David Griffith, Llwybrmain. The fifth was not recognised.

Llwybrmain: Robert Hughes, Robert Griffith, R.R. Griffith, Owen Parry, Gefnan and William Pritchard, Llwybrmain, reported crowds of strikers about their houses through the holidays. They all reported that the police cannot give protection because they are afraid of the strikers.

Bwlchyffordd, Mynydd Llandygai: William Evan Thomas, Plasnant, reported a disturbance by a crowd of thirty young men returning after a disturbance in Tregarth. He and his wife were verbally abused - his wife was petrified, he reports. The house is in an isolated location. Also, Daniel Parry, Fair View, reported an attack by the same crowd, pelting him with snowballs on his way to church.
