DescriptionBethesda: John Evans, Tanrhiw Road, Tregarth, reported that Owen Williams, Tyntwr, one of the quarry officials, came to his house after 8 on Saturday night to report he and his wife were attacked by strikers on alighting from a train at Bethesda station. Williams was struck and felled. They took refuge in the station where several windows were smashed.

Dolgoch: Richard L. Pritchard reported that his windows were smashed on Saturday night.

Bethesda: Richard Jones, High Street, reported windows smashed by stones.

Bethesda: Robert I. Jones, Gordon Terrace, reported that after the mass meeting was over on Saturday night hundreds of strikers marched down the High Street and threw stones at his house. Within 15 minutes they returned. His children were removed to a neighbour's house for safety. The following afternoon he was verbally insulted by Evan Carey Jones, tailor, High Street. Total damage was 9 panes of glass.

Jones also reported that the house of Williams Thomas, Min Ogwen (where the nurses are staying) and the house of Evan Thomas, Gorffwysfa, were attacked - several windows broken.

Cae Berllan: Owen Jones, Caerberllan, reported that when walking towards Pont Twr on Sunday he was met by a crowd of strikers and one hit him on the forehead.

Caellwyngrydd: Owen Parry reported broken windows.

Rhiwlas: John R. Jones, John D. Jones and Morris Jones reported that a gang of strikers attacked their homes with stones on Saturday night at 11.45pm.

Freithwen, Gerlan: Robert Lewis, Freithwen, asked for adequate protection because of threatening behaviour of the strikers.

Rallt, Pentir: John Lloyd Morris, Rallt Pentir, reported he had heard privately on Saturday that he has been marked for an attack by the strikers. He asks for protection since he lives in an isolated house.
