TitleAssignment of a Barmouth lease in satisfaction of a debt
DescriptionVincent Humphreys of Barmouth and two sons, Henry and Humphrey; latter borrowed £73 odd from his brother, but had not repaid them when Henry died, or to his widow and executrix Eleanor. The father kindly assigns her a lease on a dwelling-house which he had secured from William Vaughan of Cors-y-gedol, until such time as £76.13.0. will accrue from the premises. By 2 September, 1802, this had come about, but before that time Eleanor Vincent had re-married with a Robert William[s].
