Disgrifiad
Bequests £300 to his nephew William Higgon [son of his sister Mary Higgon]; the rest of his money, securities, and all personal estate in trust to the Rev. Richard Prichard of Dinam [who married his niece Ann] and Owen Owen of Beaumaris, surgeon [son of his sister Ann] to be divided int o 3 equal shares. One share to R.P. and Ann for their natural life and then to be divided between their surviving female issue; the second share to Dr Owen Owen to assist in the provision of his female issue by Anne his wife; the third share again to Dr Owen Owen in trust for the Doctor's sister Jane and her four children.
There are particular orders relating to place of burial at Beaumaris and the inscription to be put up.
