Lease for 21 years of mines, beds, veins or seams of coal, cannel coal, slack and ironstone lying under parcels of land called Alcock Ucha and Cae Hicco in the township of Broughton in the parish of Wrexham, co. Denbigh.
Rent: £50 p.a. plus £30 p.a. for every statute acre in respect of good coal, £50 p.a. for every statute acre in respect of cannel coal, £20 p.a. for every statute acre in respect of other coal, and sixpence per ton in respect of ironstone.
