DescriptionTestatrix bequeaths the messuage called Llydgariadoch to her right heirs. To Owen Meyrick of Bodorgan Esq., and to his heirs she bequeaths the messuage called Clogyr in the parish of Llanbeulan, the messuage situate near the mill in the parish of Newborough, and messuages called Tu Bach and Tythyn Trevor in the parishes of Llandrygarn and Llach Gwenfarwy, provided that Owen Meyrick causes to be paid the following legacies: to her husband Robert Wynne, £200, assured that he will quitclaim his interest to his term of life in the above lands; and £20 each to her father John Owen Esq., her mother Mrs. Margaret Owen, her brother William Griffith of Carreg Llwyd Esq., her sister Mrs. Ema Griffith, her sister Mrs. Jane Meirick, wife of William Meirick Esq., her sister Mrs. Anne Owen of Penrhose, her cousin Mrs. Elizabeth Lloyd of Lloydiart, Mr. Hugh Wynne, Rector of Llangwyfan, her servant Richard Warmicham, and her servant Anne Bulkeley. If Owen Meirick does not accept the lands, the Testatrix bequeaths them to her father John Owen Esq. and his heirs, on the same conditions. She appoints her husband Robert Wynne as Sole Executor of the Will, to whom she bequeaths the residue of her Estate.
