Deed of disentailment, enrolled, of the capital and other messuages, farms, lands, tenements and real estate mentioned in the Will of Robert William Wynne of Garthewin Esq., dated 5 June, 1841. Recites the Will of Robert William Wynne, his death on 30 November 1842, the death of Brownlow Wynne Wynne (formerly Brownlow Wynne Cumming) on 1 May, 1882, the death of Robert William Wynne (father of no. 1) on 4 January 1869, the coming of age of no. 1 on 11 June, 1879, the entitlement of no. 1 to become tenant in tail of the above-mentioned lands on the death of Brownlow Wynne Wynne under the terms of the Will of 1841, three orders of exchange dated 1863-1881, and the desire of no. 1 to bar his estate in tail.

Copy Will (dated 13 February 1890) of Robert William Wynne of Garthewin, co. Denbigh, Esq. Testator bequeaths his large silver teapot to his mother, his picture of a flower girl in a square frame by Rothwell to his sister Blanche Maria, wife of Major Henry George Lefroy, and £25 each to his sisters Eugenie Marie Wynne and Frances Margaret Wynne. He leaves annuities of £150 each to his sisters Eugenie Marie Wynne, Amy the wife of the Rev. Thomas Constable of High Hurstwood, Sussex, and Frances Margaret Wynne, and £50 each to his aunts Maria Coates, wife of John Coates of Tankersley, co. Wicklow, and Mary Ann Wynne, and £40 to his servant Jane Gilbody - the annuities issuing out of the Testator's estates in the parishes of Abergele, Betws, Llangernyw, Llanddewi, Llanfair Talhaearn, Llanelian and Llandsantffraid Glan Conway, co. Denbigh. He leaves the residue of his real estate and all his personal estate to his brother Richard Wynne, whom he also appoints as his executor. He authorises Richard Wynne to invest a sufficient sum of money to produce a dividend which will answer the above-mentioned annuities.

Copy Codicil (21 November, 1901) appended:
Testator increases the sum of the annuities left to his sisters Eugenie Marie Wynne, Amy Constable and Frances Margaret Wynne from £150 to £200, and also leaves a legacy of £100 to his sister Blanche Maria Lefroy.
