Description | Copy Will of Richard Wynne, then residing at Garthewin, Llanfair Talhaearn, Abergele, co. Denbigh, Esq. Testator appoints his wife Frances Anna Wynne and his son Robert Oliver Francis Wynne as his Executors and Trustees. If he should inherit household or domestic articles from the houses called Garthewin or Bronywendon, Llanddulas, co. Denbigh, from his brother Robert William Wynne, he bequeaths them to his son. Testator bequeaths any household or domestic articles which he himself owns to his Trustees in trust for his wife for her life and afterwards for his son. If his brother predeceases him and bequeaths to him the residue of his real and personal estate, the Testator bequeaths to his wife, from that estate, £2000. He also bequeaths all the rest to his Trustees upon trust that his wife receives an annuity of £1000, and upon trust for his son, and then his son's appointees or heirs. The Testator also declares that each person who becomes entitled to the estate must bear the surname and arms of "Wynne" or else their entitlement is void. Those articles in Garthewin and Bronywendon which are in the opinion of the Trustees suitable to be made heirlooms are placed under their own separate trusts, powers and provisions. Testator bequeaths the residue of his property to his wife, and if she predeceases him, to his son. |
