| Description | Testator desires to be buried in "the vaults at Llansannan" with his late wife. He bequeaths his real and personal estate to his daughter Diana Wynne and appoints Robert Wynne Esq. of Garthewin, Robert Wynne Jnr. his son, Owen Holland Esq. of Conway and his wife Mrs. Diana Holland, and Mr. Matthew Gostlin of Grays Inn as her guardians and as his executors during her minority.
