Title	Deed of lease by John Lloyd, rector of Llandegfan to Lewis ap John ap Richard, upon Tyddyn yn y Graig, to hold in as large and as ample a manner as Thomas ap Hugh ap Rees and before him one Owen ap John alias Glover held it; 21 years; 5/6 a year.
Description	We are not told where Lewis ap John hailed from, but words on the dorse suggest he was from Holyhead, and that his lease "ended All Saints 1643". John Lloyd was the clerical squire of Henblas, uncle to the Ann Lloyd who married Dr Robert Morgan in 1654
