Disgrifiad | Original lease granted (about 1680) by John Owen of Trefeilir for a term of 21 years, 12 to run. Consideration of £30, free of incumbrances. A clause agreed to between the parties was entered on the dorse, that if J.H. or Elizabeth his wife should change their minds, all they have to do is to pay back the £30 to Morgan Roger, with their due interest. There are memorials to Roger and his wife in the parish church of Trefdraeth (Angl. Anc. Mon., 147). |
