The fourth is the deed of 28 Nov. by which William Evans agrees to pay D.O. an annuity of £20 a year as long as he lives, and Catherine his wife £10 a year as long as she lives, payment to her to begin with the death of her husband (this was an improvement on the terms of the memo. of 15 Sept. (HENB/111), which did not go further than £10 a year to D.O.). |
