Description	On reading the Herald of Wales he became interested in the column referring to the National Eisteddfod and the effects of the war on the Welsh language. Why can't our teachers teach in Welsh? It can be remedied by a slow but sure revolution of our educational system. Hopes that Ifor Williams does all that he can.
