TitleLetters from Kenneth Jackson, 2 Queen Edith House, Queen Edith's Way, Cambridge to Ifor Williams
DescriptionHe and his wife are going for a car and walking tour in Wales and wonders if Ifor Williams will be at Y Wenllys or Hafod. Has an article on Llywelyn and Gwmerth in the next ZCP. Did Ifor Williams know that Glyn Davies has settled in Cambridge ?
The Cambridge Press are printing a new edition of the Welsh Prayer Book and have asked him to translate a few passages. Asks Ifor Williams to look through his translations. They enjoyed their visit to Hafod.
Thanks for notes regarding translation of the Prayer-Book. Does not suppose that this bilingual edition will ever be used in Welsh churches.
Describes his travels from Bala to Welshpool and Newtown etc.
How is Aneirin progressing? They went to the Blasket Island for their holiday. They spent a week in Dublin. Robinson had been over looking for a man for this new chair of Celtic at Madison, Wisconsin (£1200 a year). Idris Foster seems to like Liverpool.
