| Description | Mr Jackson tells her that he has written to him about her. She has just taken her degree at Cambridge and for her second part she read Archaeology taking papers in Anglo-Saxon, Icelandic and early Welsh. Would like to attend his lectures at Bangor and to enter as a research student. She is interested in collecting as much evidence for early stories preserved orally relating to Arthur, Myrddin, Trystan, Vortigern etc. and would like to continue research on a subject in early Welsh literature.
Knows that she has an extremely inadequate knowledge of early and modern Welsh. |
