Deed to lead the uses of a fine of a messuage or tenement called Y Siamber Wen and lands now in the tenure of Ellen Coytmor, alias Owen, widow, mother of the said Edward Owen, and of several closes in Abergeley and Tregwrych called Y Kae Dan yr Alllt, Y Kae Glase, Y Bryn Coch issa, Y ddau vaes y Colllyn, Y Bryn coch ucha nessa ir tuy, Kae David Lloyd, Y Pengerthie and Maes y Pistill; a close in Abergeley lying between a certain brook called Avon Gellie in the one end and the said close called Y Bryn Coch Ucha in the other end, and between the said close called Kae David Lloyd on the one side and the said close called Maes y Collyn on the other side; all those messuages and lands which the said Edward Owen has in Abergeley and Tregwrych and now in the tenure of the said Ellen Coytmor and Owen ap John Owen ( with the exception of one close in Abergeley called Maes y drey and two acres of meadow in Hendregyda called Gweirglodd Hendregyda); and 4 parcels of land in Hendregyda called Y Kaie gleision, Y gerthie tan yr Yskubor and the close next to the upper barn there. Consideration £211.3.4, with Provision for the determination of the uses upon payment by the said Edward Owen to the said Thomas ap Llewelyn and John ap John ap David Lloyd of £209.3.4. in 1603. |
