3. Evan Foulkes of Bodrychwyn in the parish of Llanvairtalhaiarn, yeoman, and gaynor Foulkes, spinster, his daughter.

Settlement (before the marriage of William Hughes and Gaynor Foulkes) of a capital messuage in Botegwall and closes thereto belonging called Cay'r Skybor, Y Gadles wrth y ffordd, Cay'r Ynn, Y Gadles yn y Caye, Tir llwyd ucha, Tir llwyd issa, Y Cae Mawr, Y Cae Eithin and Cae'r Gover; another messuage or cottage etc. in Bottegwall and closes there called Yr Ackar lle bu du yn y Maes, yr rhyditt, Dryll yr Henffordd, Y Cae glas, Yr Rhood, Drilll y Delyn, Drill yn y Maes and Gardd y Nant, a messuage or tenement in Botegwall called Tu Issa, otherwise Penyffordd and closes thereto belonging called Kefn Mawr, Yr hanner ackar tan y ffordd, Coit Cay y llathen, Ackar yr odyn and Mardir; a messuage or tenement in Abergeley and a parcel of land thereto belonging called Accar y Gwndwn, three other messuages or cottages in Abergeley closes in Towyn called Cae yn y drws, Cae yn y Cornell, Y Weirglodd, Lletty Nest and Cae Ucha; a cottage and closes in Towyn called Talwrych and Yr Accar felen; and a yearly rent of 7/10d. issuing out of the lands of john Jones of Llwyni, gent, in Bodorryn.
