Assignment for the remainder of a term of 99 years of a messuage or dwelling house in the town of Abergele callled Shop Goch and of closes in the townships of Abergele and Gwrych called Cae Cawnog, Cae Coch bach, a share in Gwerglodd y Gaseg called Accar a hanner and Tree Rwd Delyn (a quillet in Bryn Coch), Gadles, Pen Ucha'r Afon, a share in Gwerglodd Abergele called Y Didfa and a pew in Abergele Church which has Kinmel Arms on the door and was lately erected by David Roberts. Recites original lease of premises by the said David Roberts, late of Kinmel but then of Chester, to Richard Blackham then of Kinmel, gent, 30 Jan. 1786, and Assignment of the premises by the said Blackham to the said David Hughes, 20 Aug. 1787. |
