Recites original lease of premises by the said David Roberts, late of Kinmel but then of Chester, to Richard Blackham then of Kinmel, gent, 30 Jan. 1786, and Assignment of the premises by the said Blackham to the said David Hughes, 20 Aug. 1787. |
