Bargain and Sale of three closes or parcels of land in the township of Kegydock, the first of which lies between the highway leading from St. George towards Denbigh in one end and the lands of the earl of Warwick called Gardd Vadyn in the other end, and between the lands of Peter Holland, esq. called Kynmel on one side and the lands of the said Earl of Warwick called Y Weirglodd Bagh and the lands of Hugh ap William called Acer ysgawen on the other side; the second parcel lies in a close called Gwrich y llwyn hir between the lands of the said Earl of Warwick on both sides and in one end and the lands of Hugh ap William in the other end; and the third parcel lies between the lands of the said Earl on both sides and in one end and the lands of the said Peter Holland, esq., in the other end. |
