Settlement of the messuage and tenement called Llwyney where the said Peter Pierce now dwells with several parcels of land belonging thereto called Y Tythin and Y Roft, Caie Eithin, and four small parcels in Maes y Llwyney - all in the township of Bodorrin in the parish of Abergeley - to the use of the said Peter Pierce for 99 years and then to the use of the said Thomas Foulkes and Peter Foulkes for the life of Peter Pierce upon trust to permit the latter to take the rents and profits of the premises during his life and after his death to the use of Thomas Foulkes of Llwyney and Catherine, his wife, for their lives with remainder to John Foulkes, son and heir of Thomas Foulkes of Llwyney and to any other sons of Thomas Foulkes in succession etc.
