| Description | Articles of Agreement between Sir John Carter of Kinmel, Kt., and Pierce Foulkes of Meriadog, gent. Sir John Carter to pay Pierce Foulkes the sum of £100 towards the payment of the said Pierce's debts, and also to give him 4 cows, 4 oxen and one horse or mare; Pierce in return to convey to Carter all his lands in Meriadog and Carter then to demise to Pierce the said lands for £60 years if Pierce so long lives. |
