2. Hugh Hughes of St. Asaph, co. Flint, gent, and Mary, his wife, daughter and heir of william Roberts, late of Meriadog, gent, deceased, and of Meriana Jones of Meriadog, widow of the said William Roberts, also deceased.

3. William Carter, formerly of Kinmell and now of Redborne, co. Lincoln, esq.

4. Sir George Wynne of leeswood, co. Flint, Bart.

Conveyance to sir George Wynne of a messuage or tenement and lands in Meriadog formerly the property of Thomas Foulkes and of his father William Foulkes. Recites mortgage of premises by the said Thomas Foulkes to the said William Roberts, 9 Dec. 1689. T.F. died without redeeming the mortgage and the equity of redemption came ultimately to the said Meriana Jones, to whom the said William Carter paid all the money due on the said mortgage. W.C. then contracted with John Foulkes for the absolute purchase of the inheritance and equity of redemption of the premises, but before any conveyance was made to the said W.C. the latter contracted with the said Sir George Wynne for the sale of the premises among other lands.
