Deed to lead the uses of a Fine of two houses and gardens etc. in Llangollen Tir Abbott adjoining all on the one side thereof to the street of that part of the town of Llangollen, and the other part of the town of Llangollen and the other side with the gardens thereof down to the river Dee and extending from a little passage of water running down from a Well called Ffynnon Gollen to the said river; also two closes or parcels of land in Trevor Ucha called Y Cae tan y bont issa and Cae pen y ddole yryryd. |
