Mortgage of a messuage, cottages, orchard, a close called Quoetkay yr Clomendy and a dovehouse built thereon - all in Disserth; a cottage and garden in Disserth lying between the common called Croes Eingian on the one side and the highway leading from the cross way called Croes Eingian towards the church of Disserth on the other side, and in one end abutting upon the lands of the said ralph Hughes, and in the other end upon the same highway leading from Croes Eingian to Disserth Mill; a cottage and garden and a parcel of land in Disserth,one end of which abutts upon the said highweay and the other end upon an orchard of one Edward ap John ap Edward, and one side of which abutts upon a garden of the said Ralph Hughes and the other side upon the land of Ellen verch John Kenrick; one parcel of land called Drill y garreg lwyd lying in a field called Maes Lletty yr Mone in the township of Trercastell; and one full third part of a certain close of land lying in a field called Maes lletty yr Mone in Trercastell, one side of which abutts upon a rock or pasture called the Graig, the other side and one end of which abutt upon the lands of Ralph Hughes and the other end upon the lands of Thomas Hughes; also a third part of another parcel of ground in Disserth called Erowe yr Delin, one side and one end of which abutts upon certain grounds called Y Gwninger, and the other end abutts upon certain lands of the Bishop of St. Asaph, and a third part of a close in Huriathicke called Yr Erowe Ddu alias Y Quoetkay yn y Combe, one side and one end of which abutt upon certain closes of land now in the tenure of Jane Jones, widow, and Robert ap Thomas, and the other side and the other end abutt upon the highway leading from Marian y Combe towards Pullhaloge.
