Grant in consideration of a "great sum of money" paid by the said Henry Lloyd to the said Ralph Hughes forthe absolute purchase of tenements and lands in Rhydorddwy lately granted in lease for three lives to Piers ap John David ap William, of an annuity of yearly rent charge of £5.3.2. issuing out of lands in Rhud, co. Flint, which the said Ralph has lately purchased from Henry Hughes late of Prestatyn, the said annuity to be held for 60 years if William ap hugh ap David and Elizabeth verch Hugh ap David or either of them shall so long live. |
