Articles of Agreement made before the marriage of the said Hugh Dryhurst and Catherine Hughes, daughter of the said Ralph Hughes. Ralph Hughes to pay a marriage portion of £200 and to provide the said Hugh Dryhurst and his wife with clothing meat and lodging until the said Hugh attains the age of 23 years. Provisions for the younger children of the Catherine and Peter Dryhurst and for the settlement of Peter Dryhurst's estate and the payment of his debts; Hugh Dryhurst to make a settlementy of land in Denbighshire and Flintshire as soon as he attains the age of twenty one. |
