Release and Quitclaim of an authority granted to the said Judith (formerly wife of Eubule Hughes of Llewerllyd, esq. deceased) by virtue of a proviso contained in an Indenture dated 25 January. 1663/4 between Eubule Hughesw of Llewerllyd, esq., of the one part and Charles Salusbury of Bachymbyd, esq., Eubule Thelwall of Nantclwyd, esq., and Hugh ap Richard of Rhyd, yeoman, of the other part, whereby the said Eubule Hughes conveyed to the said Salusbury and others messuages and lands in Llewerllyd, Tre yr Castle, disserth, Rhyd, Ruthlan, Meleden, Combe, Northopp and Flint to certain uses expressed in the Indenture. The said Proviso was to the effect that Judith should be allowed to charge all or any part of the premises with any sum or sums of money not exceeding £200 to be paid after the death of Eubule Hughes to any person appointed by her. |
