Feoffment by Sir William Jones et.al to John Price et.al. of the lands of the late Edward Morgan, esq. of Gouldgreave, father of the above named Edward Morgan, to the following uses =
1. lands in Trerabot, Melyden, Cyrwys, Bodengan, Vaynoll, Bodelwythan, Kilowen, Penywerne and Gronant to the use of Robert Morgan, his heirs and assigns.
2. lands in Weppra, Golston, Soughton, Northop, Hwarden, Ewloe and Rhydorthwy to the use of Catherine, wife of Robert Morgan, and daughter of Sir William Jones for her jointure, with reversion to the heirs male of the said Robert and Catherine in succession, with remainder to Edward Morgan, William Morgan, Thomas Morgan and Robert Morgan and their heirs male, with remainder to the heirs female successively of Robert Morgan, Edward Morgan, William Morgan and Thomas Morgan, with remainder to Dame Mary Conway, Margaret Lloyd, Elizabeth Mostyn, Anne Hunphreys, Jane Thelwall, Catherine Lloyd and Dorothy Morgan, daughters of the said Edward Morgan, senior, with remainder to the right heirs of the said Edward Morgan, party to the present deed. |
