Assignment of a messuage and tenement in Hendrebiffa and of parcels of land beloning thereto called Y ddol, Y Coed Mawr, Y Koed bychan, Tir y berth gron, Koed Kay y ffynnon, Y chwechchyver, Y Pedwar Kyver, Coed Kay yr odyn, Tir y ffa ucha, Tir y ffa issa, Tir y ffa canol, Coed Kay y berllan, Coed Kae tan y tu, Coed kae tan yr ynn and Tir y tanllwyth; one other messuage and tenement in Hendrebiffa and several parcels of land belonging thereto called Y Maes, Y Ddol, Coed Kae y Gwenyn, Coed Kae tan y tu, Tir y Kymege, Coed Kae ty hwnt ir llwyn, y bryn dreiniog issa and Bryn dreiniog ucha; and the capital messuage called Y Tythyn in Bistree together with the closes belonging thereto called Coed Kayr Eithin, Coed Kay yr ffynon, Y Sofle Coed, Coed y Tythyn, y Kay tan y tu, alias Y Dday Coed Kay tan y tu, Coed Kay yr odyn galch and Coed Kae wrth du Rees ap Hugh.

Recites an Indenture Tripartite dated 31 Jan., 1641/2 between Evan Edwards, esq., and Edward Lloyd, gent, now deceased (1), Thomas Whitley, Roger Holland, esq., now deceased, John Thelwall and Piers Conway (2) and Ralph Hughes and Peter Griffith (3), whereby the said Evan Edwards and Edward Lloyd by the nomination of Ralph Hughes and Peter Griffith assigned to the said Whitley, Holland, Thelwall and Conway, the aforementioned premises which were stated to be the lands pf Peter Wynne, esq., and extended under a writ of Elegit upon a judgment obtained by the said Edwards and Lloyd in the Great Sessions of co. Flint against the said Wynne for £600 principal debt with £55.5.4. costs and damages.

The said Owen Wynne is now to hold the premises for the term of the said extent and for such a time as they ought to have remained to the said Whitley, Thelwall and Conway for the raising of the said debt and costs.
