Settlement before the marriage of the said Walter Bourchier Devereux and Adelaide Elinor Hughes of the sum of £2,600, 3% consolidated Bank Annuities residue of a trust fund of £7,600 comprised in a settlement of 10 April 1826, to which the said Elinor is entitled in reversion expectant on the death of her mother Anne Hughes; also of one equal undivided fourth part or share to which she is entitled in reversion under the Will of her father Hugh Robert Hughes
