| Description | Bequeaths all his messuages, lands and tenements in the parish of Llanddoged, co. Denbigh, to his son Hugh ap John ap David; his mansion house and lands in the townships of Serior and Tinhengroen, co. Denbigh, to Sabell, his wife, for 12 years, she to pay 10s p.a. for the same to her eldest son towards the upkeep of 'my poore Children'.
