Gift of two parcels of land, one of which lies between the late lands of Robyn ap Madoc and the lands of Rowland Bulkeley, esq., and the other lies in a place called Tythyn grono wyn between the lands of Robert ap William ap Meredudd on both sides and has one end abutting on the lands of the said Rowland Bulkeley.
