Feoffment of a capital messuage in Erethlyn called Tuthin John David ap Gruffith and appurtenances. To the following uses : (i) two chambers or rooms in the lower end of the said capital messuage and so much of the barn as Humffrey Foulk, yeoman son and heir of 1., has newly erected together with three closes called ffrith y pant, ffrith Rhyd y benglog and y Cae gwair, and the moiety of a close called ffrith y mynydd, to the use of the said Humffrey and Gwen verch Hugh, his wife, for their lives and afterwards to the use of Humffrey's heirs; and (ii) the rest of the premises to the use of 1. for her life, and afterwards to be held by 2. for two years to the use of such person or persons as 1. shall appoint by her will, and afterwards to the use of Humffrey Foulk and his heirs. |
